#TeachPlusPhoenixProject
April 29th, Solve in Time! was utilized as the design thinking activity forTeach Plus Phoenix Project, an event to reimagine teaching and learning and create a more equitable education system beyond the pandemic. The evening started with an opening keynote by former Secretary of Education, John B King. With the amazing help of 17 trained facilitators, 200 teachers from across the globe were broken into small groups, and used Solve in Time! to generate and share ideas on how to make schools more equitable for students, staff, and families. The final result of this project will culminate into a research paper submitted to Congress!
What’s New?
Equity Edition has been updated significantly, including new Racism graphics to represent the various forms of societal racism. Next, the Inequity cards have been rebranded as Black Panther edition, in this year’s Equity Edition add-on pack. Last but not least, there are six brand new Bias cards added to the pack designed to provoke your thinking and practice.
